REGULAR service:
This works like a shuttle service where you and other people arriving at the same time share their transportation to the hotel at a lower cost. Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van departs, guaranteed! Please note that in order to offer this service at its low price, a two-person minimum restriction applies.

VIP service:
Did you ever want to have your own chauffeur waiting at the airport and feel like a VIP? That is what this service is all about. This is the best option if you want to have your own vehicle or if you are traveling with family or a small group. As soon you are ready to depart, you will be driven straight to your hotel. There is no waiting time. Personalized service at its best! Please note that once the reservation process is completed, we must be notified of any increase in the number of passengers 48 hours in advance.

What happens once you arrive?
Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigration and customs, a Best Day Travel representative will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with the logo of Best Day Travel. Please note that customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Remember: outside!

Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will not have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. We will know, and more importantly, we will be waiting for you whenever your flight arrives.

Once our staff meets you at the airport, you will be guided to the vehicle and will receive an invitation to meet with the Best Day Travel representative at your hotel. During that meeting you will be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date and your return flight will be confirmed, should you have reserved a round trip transfer.
